Abhijeet navigates across regions of India in the search of form, feeling, people and atmosphere. Those became elements that shaped the textures of this collection. A solo expedition with the unknown as a certainty, the only consistency was the ever-changing nature of the scenery he witnessed and the people he met along the way.

Captured through his lens across the ancient land, the collection reflects fleeting moments in which visual textures and outer beauty took form, while also revealing layers of texture within himself. This exhibition invites you to a limited series of work showcasing simplicity in observation as a means of finding beauty without and within oneself.

Nadi

O' river, the transmitter of energy, the wellspring of life, Carrying the rich Himalayan sediments across its banks, Sacred, it nourishes the Gangetic plains.

Parvata

Varanasi Glow

The vast expanse of water mirrored the glimmering fire from the aartis from the other side of the ghat. The river appears to be lost in time and space, in a transcendent realm where the clouds blend with the textured land

evoking an ancient atmosphere.

Jodhpur Mosaic

Jodhpur unfolds in fragments of wonder — the imposing Mehrangarh Fort above, and below, a quiet labyrinth of narrow streets inviting you to wander without direction.

Each turn feels like a small discovery, whether it leads you back where you began or opens onto a hidden lake or stepwell.

Lives between lines

Form, colour, texture, and movement — these come alive in the rhythms of daily life in Rajasthan, especially in Jaisalmer. There's a sense of freedom and spontaneity, where everyday rituals unfold in unexpected and expressive ways.

Tejas

Synergy, flow of movement.

The three ladies dressed in a similar colour tone walked in a collective rhythm and synergy. They emanated a joyous aura together; light-hearted and motivated to reach their destination.

Gulaal

A red drape under a blue sky, set against the intricate haveli, feels like a glimpse into another time — a fleeting encounter with an unknown feminine presence. It carries a

quiet dignity, rooted in tradition, and unfolds like a veil of passion.

Around the fort, shifting perspectives open through courtyards and windows, echoing how such spaces once framed the world for those who lived within them. The

haveli itself stands as an architectural wonder of Rajasthan, where protruding windows draw in wind and cool the interiors.

Safar

Floating with the current, the boat follows its course. The vitalised flow of the river carries you across the land towards the next stop. Fate, nature, and the boat move together in quiet harmony.

Arrival of the heavenly birds

Egrets are sublime creatures, finding refuge in wetlands and paddy fields. Across the sky, the breath of the wind guides them toward vivid green landscapes.

They move with the wind - gliding, adjusting, yielding to its flow. Yet they return to what sustains them: food, rest, and the quiet instinct to land upon the fields.

The Fabric of Landscape

Egrets arrive where human traces linger. Life reshapes itself — their flight turning toward a new presence, as if drawn into another form.

Between fragility and wilderness, a fine line holds. Sunlight binds both worlds, allowing them to coexist.

Unspoken Steadfast

Her gaze intrigued me; she walked fearlessly while embracing her fragility and vulnerability. Her eyes revealed unspoken stories, but outwardly remains steadtast.

Nadaan Parindey

Two birds move through a new landscape, continuing their journey. Nothing binds them — they float freely through the open air.

Vistara

The vast green plains expand across acres, unfolding in a slow rhythm of growth and abundance. From a wider perspective, the journey draws to a close — leaving a sense of calm, renewal, and quiet vitality.
